Conagra Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Conagra Brands, Inc. is an American packaged foods company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Conagra makes and sells products under various brand names that are available in supermarkets, restaurants, and food service establishments.
An angry former employee shared his/her experience working for Conagra Brands on Indeed in July 2020:
"I only got to work a whole week the next week at my new job at con Agra Brands here in marshall I got to work on Monday night/Tuesday morning that night I ended up with food posing before I had to go in I was told so many other times do not come in sick well when your first starting you only have 3 points so, for now, I am still there."

Former Employee - Finance says"1. DO NOT JOIN ConAgra if your goal is to advance in your career at this company. Promotions are very rare (ConAgra would rather hire externally than promote from within). Even after getting good performance reviews its very difficult to work your way up. Supposedly when joining there is a strict 2 year rule before you can even apply to rotate to a knew position. 2. The systems used are terrible. From the daily data issues to the amount of time it takes just to get the data you need to do your job. 3. Lack of direction. You would think a company of this size would have an organized Finance department. It's pretty confusing setup and there are constant changes and layoffs. They also try to paint pictures of ideas they are going roll out at all the quarterly finance meetings that almost always either do not happen in the way they say they will, or do not happen at all 4. Not as big of a con, but there is lack of recognition. By lack of recognition I mean basically zero unless someone simply tells you great work. Sure you can plan your own happy hours or team events, but don't expect CAG to cover a penny of them."
